Após receber denúncia de fiscal da Iagro (Agência Estadual de Defesa Sanitária Animal e Vegetal), que por medo de retaliação preferiu não ter o nome revelado, e constatar o problema sobre as péssimas condições de trabalho no combate à aftosa na fronteira na imprensa, o deputado estadual Pedro Kemp (PT), segundo secretário da Assembleia Legislativa de MS, pronunciou-se nesta quarta-feira (16)sobre o assunto. Segundo o parlamentar, os profissionais que atuam na fiscalização do rebanho nas áreas de risco ficam dez dias ininterruptos nas barreiras e não recebem o pagamento das horas extras. E ainda, muitos dormem ao lado da mesa de trabalho.
Conforme o parlamentar, consta ainda que o Governo do Estado alega falta de recursos e como já anunciou concurso público, aprovado pela Assembleia Legislativa, justifica o fato de reestruturação. Porém, Kemp afirma que o mínimo seria valorizar os servidores que trabalham na sobrecarga com o pagamento das horas extras que chegam a 210 horas mensais e superam o jornada normal.
Os servidores afirmam que recebem apenas R$ 70,00 como diária.

Diante da situação caótica, Kemp contesta e cobra do Governo as cifras milionárias divulgas em publicidade. “Há muita propaganda, um absurdo o quanto o Governo gastou com o MS Forte2. Este tipo de denúncia desmascara o MS Forte 2. Onde estão os investimentos, as obras que não corrigem a situação enfrentada nos postos da Iagro? Esses recursos tinham que oferecer condições de trabalho aos servidores”.
Kemp citou como exemplo outra denúncia. Desta vez feita pelos policiais civis sobre as delegacias em péssimas condições com infiltrações e celas interditadas na Capital e no interior. Segundo ele, em Dourados os laudos têm sido feitos nas funerárias já que os equipamentos do Instituto Médico Legal estarem ‘jogados’ e o Instituto de Criminalística inoperante.
“Quais são as prioridades deste Governo? Precisamos de reformas e não de maquiagem. E os R$ 3 bilhões do MS Forte 2?”.
