Situação da delegacia de São Gabriel do Oeste revela abandono da segurança pública pela administração estadual. Para piorar a situação, dois policiais civis morreram vítimas de suicídio nos últimos dias e o Sinpol-MS (Sindicato dos Policiais Civis de Mato Grosso do Sul) denuncia tragédias como consequência da falta de estrutura nas delegacias, abandonadas, para o exercício da profissão e também a inexistência de apoio à assistência à saúde mental dos policiais que trabalham no limite e correm risco de morte.

O deputado estadual Pedro Kemp (PT) denunciou nesta quinta-feira (10) a situação enfrentada por professores e administrativos da Educação de Dourados, a segunda maior cidade de Mato Grosso do Sul em arrecadação de impostos. Além do não pagamento do Piso Nacional dos Professores, previsto em lei federal, os trabalhadores estão sem reajuste salarial.
“Estão tirando um indicativo de greve a partir do dia 15 de julho. É preocupante porque ninguém deseja paralisação. Os professores chegam a esse limite porque a situação é muito preocupante, estão sem reajuste desde abril do ano passado”, disse Kemp.
Os professores de Dourados ainda não recebem o piso garantido por lei sendo que Dourados é uma cidade pujante, tem economia forte, afirmou dizendo que enquanto isso, municípios menores pagam o que é de direito aos mestres. “O piso é o valor mínimo, o que tem que ser pago ao profissional no início de carreira. Ainda tem o Plano de Cargos e Carreiras. A prefeitura de Dourados extrapolou ao dizer ainda que tem que terceirizar professores porque a folha de pagamento está inchada”, finalizou.

Tribunal de Contas do Estado afirma que Governo não alcançou o limite dos 12% previstos em lei para investimentos em Saúde.

O deputado estadual Pedro Kemp (PT) repercutiu nesta terça-feira (8), na tribuna da Assembleia Legislativa, os avanços que o Programa Mais Médicos, do governo federal, representam em Mato Grosso do Sul e em todo o Brasil. Por outro lado, a ressalva na aprovação das contas do Governo do Estado, que deixou de investir R$ 224 milhões na Saúde, conforme dados do TCE (Tribunal de Contas do Estado) esquentou o debate entre o oposicionista e os governistas na sessão de hoje.
De acordo com dados apresentados pelo parlamentar, a experiência já comprovou que “quando se investe na atenção básica, diminui os encaminhamentos de pacientes aos hospitais”. Houve uma redução em 20% nas internações e isso representa, menos gastos e menos riscos de infecção aos pacientes. Dessa forma, o parlamentar salientou que a Saúde tem sido prioridade do governo federal e nos municípios do Estado, a vinda de médicos de outros países já representa melhoria na vida da população.
Já o Governo do Estado, conforme Kemp, deixou uma brecha ao não alcançar os 12%, exigidos por Lei, para ser investidos em saúde pública. “Em MS temos a malfadada Lei do Rateio e o Governo se utiliza dela para aplicar dinheiro da Saúde em ‘atividade meio’, como saneamento e dizer que é recurso pra Saúde. Os conselhos estaduais de Saúde também não aprovam isso. Governo investe em saneamento e contabiliza em Saúde. Tá errado!”, frisa Kemp afirmando que o Governo de Zeca do PT aumentou os investimentos e priorizou a Saúde. Antes do Governo de José Orcírio Miranda dos Santos, o Zeca do PT, segundo Kemp, eram investidos apenas 3% na área.
Os deputados governistas defenderam a prática e Kemp aproveitou para cobrar explicações sobre a obra milionária do Aquário, construída na avenida Afonso Pena em Campo Grande, que será um centro de pesquisas da fauna e flora do Pantanal.
O deputado ironizou ao dizer que passou em frente à obra, que enfrenta atrasos, e comparou o formato da estrutura a uma bata, “uma batata quente”. Relembrou também os adesivos feitos, na época em que os valores exorbitantes foram questionados ao Governo, e neles a frase “se precisar de uma UTI, interne-se no Aquário”. “Quero que o Governo do Estado explique a vergonha da obra do Aquário! Quanto foi? E a licitação para terceirizar? Vai dar tempo de inaugurar até o fim do ano?”.
